SEARCH FOR CANDIDATES
- Applications, our website, candidate database, job portals and advertising the vacancy in the media and platforms.
- Conducting, managing the recruitment & selection process.
- Application CV responses handling and contacting the shortlisted candidates.
- Screening and ensuring candidates matches clients and job / market requirements.
- Interviewing selected shortlist / candidates.
INTERVIEWS AND PLACEMENT
- Pre-screening of shortlist, filtering and finalising short-listing of top candidates.
- Conducting filtered interviews, decision making and recommendations to clients. We conduct all checks as requested.
- Clients interview final shortlist and decide on successful candidate.
- We facilitate the offers, ensuring sign off and complete the recruitment process & placement.
